Together, the 2 leaders of SOH have over 20 combined in working with African-American youth. We provide consulting services to schools and organizations that want solutions in how to engage young black males of all ages. Far too often, young African-American males are singled out as behavior problems, having academic problems and so on. We can help
you reach these youth using practical and tested strategies, customized to your situation. We believe that first and foremost, these youth must have a connection to their culture and history. These factors help create relevance, and relevance helps create engagement.
